If a problem does occur
with your item, I am here to help.
Simply ship the item back to me within the warranty
period and I will have it replaced or repaired
on your behalf. I get so few warranty claims
that I can even reimburse you with 50% of your
return shipping fees. For example, a 2kg package
sent via Australia Post Air Priority Mail to
the USA is approximately AUD $50. With a 50%
reimbursement your cost is only $25.
I cannot offer a manufacturers warranty in Australia
because I am not an Australian dealer however,
I can make sure that within the warranty period,
your item gets repaired quickly and gets shipped
back to your fast.
