Items are delivered via Australia Post Courier (signature required) and the transit time for delivery of items valued under $1000 is normally 4-5 days.

Warranty support

If a problem does occur with your item, I am here to help. Simply ship the item back to me within the warranty period and I will have it replaced or repaired on your behalf. I get so few warranty claims that I can even reimburse you with 50% of your return shipping fees. For example, a 2kg package sent via Australia Post Air Priority Mail to the USA is approximately AUD $50. With a 50% reimbursement your cost is only $25.
